About CAR Engineering and Manufacturing

Charles A. Rogers founded CAR Engineering in Oct. 1986. Charlie remains the CEO and now has a 2nd generation (his son and daughter) helping him run the daily operations. A family atmosphere is prevalent throughout the company, which is illustrated by our employee’s low attrition rate. Many people have worked side by side with Charlie for ten, fifteen, even twenty years. CAR Engineering has enjoyed consistent growth and now employs 55 people in our 37,000 sq. ft. facility in Victor , NY.

Despite being a small company, CAR Engineering serves a plethora of different industries on a national and international scale. We routinely ship finished goods throughout the USA , Canada , Mexico, Europe and China . We are proud of having multiple loyal customers who have been relying on our services for over two decades. Our company wide goal is to add at least one new major customer to our portfolio each year.

We believe that to stay competitive in the tooling and machining industry you must constantly evolve, listen to your customers, and provide value added services that differentiate you from your competitors.
